Where is Mangia located and what are the hours of operation?

Mangia currently has three locations in New York City with a fourth location opening at 22 W. 23rd St in the fall of 2003. Click here for hours & locations.


How far in advance do I have to place a catering order?

Last minute event? Call us, we provide catering service with as little as two hours notice. Some items from our catering menu may require 24 hrs notice.

What is Mangia's cancellation policy?

One full business day's notice is required to cancel without penalty. A 25% fee will be charged for same day cancellations.

What forms of payment does Mangia accept?

Payment may be made by Mangia House Account, Cash, Corporate Checks (no personal checks), American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Discover or Mangia's Prepaid Purchase Card.

Does Mangia provide catering & delivery service on weekends?

Our 57th St location is open on Saturday to provide catering and delivery service to all our clients. We can deliver on Sunday via special arrangements. Please call your catering sales department to request.

Does Mangia provide assistance with ordering? Is there an additional charge for this?

Our sales staff will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.

What is the minimum number for catering orders?

Mangia has a six-person minimum for certain items from our catering menu.

Is there a delivery charge?

Mangia offers free delivery for orders of $5 or more in designated areas. (click here for delivery area maps) Delivery is available to other parts of NYC at an additional charge. Please call your catering sales department for details.

What additional catering services can Mangia provide?

Mangia can provide rentals of china, linen, glassware and other party needs, as well as flowers and music, wait staff and bartenders. Full bar service is available (3 days notice required) Please call your catering sales department for more details.

Does Mangia provide Event Consultation to help me plan the event?

Yes, at no additional charge.

Can my event be hosted at one of Mangia's locations?

Yes, private parties and corporate events can be held at any of our four locations, providing you with convenient and attractive venues for your off-site entertaining needs.

Can a food tasting be arranged?

Yes, with advance notice. Please call your catering sales department to arrange.

Does Mangia offer any special packages or discounts for regular customers?

Mangia can arrange package deals according to budget needs. Please call your catering sales department for details.

Can I use my Mangia Card for Catering & Delivery services?

Yes, your card is an accepted form of payment for all services provided by Mangia including take-out, delivery and full service dining. For delivery services, you will need to have the number imprinted on the back of the card available to give to the salesperson when you place your order.

How do I check the balance on my Mangia Card?

Just bring your card to a cashier at any Mangia location. They can provide you with a print out of your remaining balance or you can call toll free 1 800 242-5353 for balance information 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Is an Inactivity Fee charged to my Mangia Card?

No, Mangia charges no fees for periods of inactivity.

Is there an Expiration Date on my Mangia Card?

No, there is no expiration date associated with your card.

Can I reuse my Mangia Card?

Yes, Mangia cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your Mangia Card at any of our locations or by phone with any of our Catering and Delivery salespeople.

Can I order multiple Mangia Cards for employees, clients or customers?

Yes, the Mangia Card makes a great gift or employee incentive. Call any of our catering departments for more information.
